United Academy strengthens the quality of its online training courses
Merve Arslan takes over the management of online training
August 17, 2026
The United Academy is consistently developing its internal structures. As part of our joint lecturer and site meeting, Merve Arslan was officially appointed head of online training at United Academy.
With this newly created central responsibility, we would like to further standardize and continuously improve the organization, implementation and quality of our online training courses across locations.
Central responsibility for planning, implementation and quality
In the future, Merve Arslan will be responsible in particular for the planning and coordination of online training dates, the organizational support of the implementation and the quality assurance of our online courses.
Their central tasks include:
* Coordination and planning of online training
* Coordination of appointments and organizational processes
* Ensuring professional and consistent implementation
* Review of training quality
* Optimization of existing processes
* Coordination with the lecturers
* Development and implementation of suggestions for improvement
In this way, we create a central interface between our lecturers, locations and the United Academy.
Uniform quality at all locations
As the United Academy grows, the demands on our internal processes also increase. Our aim is that participants receive a uniformly high standard of training, regardless of the location or lecturer.
In addition to current and technically sound training content, this also includes reliable organization, clearly defined processes and continuous quality control.
The appointment of central management for our online training courses is therefore another important step in the professionalization and further development of the United Academy.
Together. Knowledge. Future.
We are pleased to have found a committed person responsible for this important area in Merve Arslan and wish her much success in her new role.
Together with our lecturers and all United Academy locations, we will continually develop our training offerings and further expand our quality standards.
United Academy
Further training that creates the future.
